Please read before you contact: If you have a query about an order or missing item, please allow 14 days before contacting us.

 

MISSING ORDERS: 

Before contacting us to ask about delivery of an order, please allow up to 14 days.
Please then contact us and state your order number and email address used to make payment along with the items that have not arrived. Without these details we cannot help.

INCORRECT ITEMS:
If you receive an incorrect item please contact us and state your order number and email address used to make payment. We will then direct you on how to return your order and the correct item will be resent.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE:
Currently, we are unable to process returns or exchange for non-damaged items. Please review product description and size chart to ensure you purchase your desired fit. If you have any questions about a size, please contact us.

To ensure we send your products as fast as possible, we ship them in the quickest way! We use Fedex, DHL, Royal Mail, USPS, DPD and others.

All orders are tracked and a tracking number and link will be sent to you once we ship your order.

 

Remember, all items are made to order and fulfilment days due to COVD-19 is currently 2 to 7 days, but we will endeavour to ship as early as possible.

  • Delivery to the UK 1-3 working days

  • Delivery to Europe in 5 to 7 working days

  • Delivery to the rest of the world in 7 to 10 working days
